Procedure for applying for a work permit for foreign experts

Step 1: The employer or agency or organization inviting the expert to Vietnam must submit the application at least 15 days before the date the expert arrives in Vietnam to work at the Ministry of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs or the Department of Labor.
